Calgary Suburban North

Calgary’s suburban north area is located just north of Calgary’s downtown, across the Bow River. Including the neighbourhoods of Crescent Heights and Bridgeland, its boundaries run south along the Bow River, north to 16 Avenue, west to Kensington and east to Deerfoot Trail.

Suburban Commercial Office Space

This is an older community and many of the buildings are more traditional or historic in style. Its proximity to the downtown core and Memorial Drive, and 16 Avenue, two of Calgary’s main thoroughfares, makes it a popular choice in commercial and office space.
